Additions & Remodels |
We provide engineering design services for new construction that includes construction documents (drawing and calculations) delivered electronically. Having worked on projects throughout these states for over 20 years, we are familiar with typcial construction methods, codes, and regional considerations.
Defect InvestigationSometimes buildings don't perform as hoped, and the cause of this identified and remedied. We provide investigation of structures to identify the cause and extend of the problem as well as design fixes.
|
Many of our clients are expanding or remodeling current structures. We can provide an initial design and recognize adaptations of the plans is often required once any demolition has occurred if actual conditions are different from those anticipated.
Structural Insulated PanelsStructural Insualated Panels (SIPs) provide high-effeciency structures, especially advantageous in areas with high energy costs, extreme temperatures, and tight energy efficiency requirements. We have been designing SIP structures since 2005. Please contact us if you have a current SIP project you would like designed or evaluated.
